Cold Aggregates Bin Feeder
3x3 cold bin feeder for feeding three different sizes of aggregate in specified proportion with indepemdent variable speed synchronized drive under each bin - total storage capacity - 15 Tons.

Slinger Conveyer

• Gathering cum slinger vonveyer for transfer for aggregate from bin feeder to drier.
• Continuous electronic belt weighing system.

Thermodrum Unit

• "Thermo Coater" drying and mixing drum with automatic jet burner.
• Multi clone dry dust collector.
• Inclined load out conveyer with a gob hopper for unloading of mix material without segregation.

Bitumen Tank
1 No. bitumen tank of capacity 10,000 liters, with automatic pressure jet burner and bitumen piping.

Fuel Tank : 1000 Ltrs.

Control Panel & Control Cabin
Centralized, insulated control cabin with provision to fir an air conditioner, with all the control for plant operating and process control.

Mounting (Mobility)
All units suitably mounted on two chassis complete with axles, wheel hubs, tow bar with pin etc.

Wiring
Pre-wired with cables, sockets, plugs, junction box to inter connect the units.
